Are you having trouble logging into ACMO? Is the page taking a long time to load after you enter your credentials and click the login button? Here are some things you can check:
1. Make sure the API URL is listed in the Application List.
2. Check if the API port is open on your computer.
If you have the U16 version or above and the issue still persists, try these steps:
1. Open the Web.config file in ARCOSClientManagerOnline.
2. Look for the line that says <add key=isAnalyticalData value=true />.
3. Change the value to false.
4. Add the line <add key=isAnalyticalData value=false />.
Remember to make these changes during a downtime. Hopefully, these steps will help you log into ACMO more quickly and easily.
