Getting RDP Yes/No prompt every time after Upgrade into U16 SP2 Latest.

ISSUE

Whenever we try to do SSO for Windows RDP service a windows certificate prompt is shown even if we have clicked on Don't ask me again then also it shows a pop up which states "The identity of the remote computer cannot be verified. Do u want to cancel anyway?"

This happens because when we take a connection through Gateway RDP is logged in with a Loopback IP which changes every time we take a connection and in new versions default click on Yes is disabled. We can use the TAG(  <rdp_certificate_prompt> ) to skip the page.

SOLUTION

For removing the windows certificate prompt, we just have to add this tag <rdp_certificate_prompt> in the service parameters and then it will not show any prompt while doing the SSO even if we login RDP using Gateway or without it.
