What should be done if ASDM window gets closed when clicked on SSO popup?

Problem statement:

Issue Description:

When user tries taking the connection to ASDM via Arcon PAM, the ASDM login window comes up with SSO popup in front. Once the user clicks on the popup, the SSO popup as well as ASDM login window gets closed automatically. The process keeps running in the task manager but the connection to ASDM is not successful.

Resolution:

Open Arcon PAM Server Manager -> Manage -> Users and Services -> Manage Services -> Select the ASDM service for which the issue has occurred. -> In username field append "debugarconpam" after the username without any space eg. username is L1 then the new text in username field will be "L1debugarconpam". Refresh access rights and profile settings from Server Manager.

Take the SSO for ASDM connection via PAM.

The SSO popup comes up, click on OK -> The credentials are entered automatically by PAM and the user is logged in successfully.
