What can be done when we encounter error "An error occurred: The client and the server have no common algorithms." while opening SFTP connection.

Arcon PAM Version: 4.8.5.0

Resolution:

1. Open Arcon PAM Server Manager.

2. Go to Tools -> Advanced Configuration -> Default Configuration -> Global Configuration

3. Search for "ARCOS SFTP Latest Ciphers Is Enabled". Change the value to 1. Close Window.

4. Click "Refresh LOB/Profile" from Arcon PAM Server MAnager.

5. Issue should be resolved
