What can be done if you are unable to view Video Log. Error Message Remote Server returned an error

Root Cause: Website 'ARCOSUserAccessLogViewerWeb' is unable to read the directory where session images are located. We need to bind the website with a user which has rights on the directory.

Resolution:
1. Goto IIS and locate website 'ARCOSUserAccessLogViewerWeb'. Click on the website and select option 'Basic setting'.

2. Click on 'Test Settings..' option

3. You will see that the website doesn't have authorized access to the folder path.

4. Click on 'Connect As' option.

5. Select 'Specific User' option and click on 'Set'.

6. Enter the credentials of a User which has permissions on folder 'ARCOSLogManagerServicLog'. (It can be a domain user or local user)

7. Now again click on 'Test Connection' option. It should successfully have authorized access to the path.

8. Now restart the website 'ARCOSUserAccessLogViewerWeb' and check the video logs.
