What can be done if video logs of activity done in "Lotus Notes Administrator" are not capturing under service App IBM Lotus Notes in ARCOS
ARCOS Version: 4.8.0.1
--> Go to ARCOS Client Manager Online
--> Go to My Preferences
--> Select App IBM Lotus Notes
--> copy path of Lotus Notes "Admin.exe" insted of "notes.exe"
--> <CCWS> as "Capture Child Windows" parameter in field 4
--> <CCWS>nladmin,notes2,nlnotes,nltask,nlevents in field 4
