Status not changing for Bulk Update of Services from "NewAddedList" to "Validated"

Issue
After uploading the Bulk Update Server data in Import section if the Status does change from "NewAddedList" to "Validated" .


Resolution
This occurs when the "_ORI" data given in sheet doesn't match with the data present in the Database or visible in Server Manager. This fields ask you to enter the current details of the Service for which details need to be Updated.
The 5 column data should exactly match with the Data visible in the Server Manager.
Server Type :- You can download the list of id for Server type from Import Server Connections or refer the attachment.
IP Address / Hostname :- Any of the one detail should match with the Server Manager Details.
User Name :- There should be no spaces in the username field.
Domain Name :- If IP address is present in this field use IP Address or any other detail which is visible in Server Manager.
Instance :- If this field is disabled in your connector like Windows RDP or SSH Linux keep it blank don't use any value like <DNC> or anything else. If not enter the exact Instance name of your Service.




Make Sure when you are updating on one or two columns of the Service keep <DNC> tag in the other details column otherwise Import will update blank detail in the database.
For Example if you are updating Domain name for your Service/Services then Hostname , IP Address , Username , Password and all other fields should have <DNC> tag In Place of the value of the Hostname , IP Address , Username , Password etc.
