Not able to connect services using gateway server.

Issue: If you are facing below error snapshot while taking access to the services through gateway.

This error means that PAM is not able to able negotiate with the Gateway. We need to enable a settings from the Settings Page so that Application server is able to negotiate with Gateway Server.

Resolution

Enable the below option from Admin page and you will able to take the access of the server.
