Error " undefined " On Creating API Users from ACMO

Unable to Create API User

Make sure that PAM API URL must have been added in application list in ACMO.

Resolution:

The protocol of the PAM API URL & ArcosClientManagerOnline have to be same while creating API user.

As show in the below image:

The ACMO is launched on "HTTP" protocol and the URL of PAM API is "HTTPs" in Application List

where the protocols are different

and the error occurred on creating Api user.

NOTE while using "HTTPS" protocol: the certificate has to be proper.
