Getting error while taking SSO of App Toad Oracle Connector


Error-Not able to login to APP TOAD ORACLE – getting error to add this on tnsnames.ora file
(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=127.0.0.72)(PORT=2462))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=100.121.18.72,1521)))

Description -

As per the error message, we have done every step that need to be done in the tnsnames.ora file and we have used the following parameters, but we are still not able to take SSO of App Toad Oracle 

<VER>13.1
<GUI><VER>13.1
SYSDBA<GUI><VER>13.1

SYSOPER<GUI><VER>13.1

SYSASM<GUI><VER>13.1

<DTCH><VER>13.1

Resolution-


1.We have added the TNS name to the instance name in the service configuration in PAM. 

2.Included the parameter: <connfile>%appdata%\Toad for Oracle\13.1\User Files\CONNECTIONS.INI<VER>13.1,
3.To get this parameter, search for %appdata% in run, and look for Toad for Oracle - select the version of it that is installed. 
Copy the path to the CONNECTIONS.INI file and include it before in the <connfile> and <VER>13.1 tags.
4. After changes were the issue will be resolved
