Alert feature not working using Graph API process (A connection with the server could not be established)
If you are facing an issue with alert mechanism where email notifications are not working and "O365 server not connecting . A connection with the server could not be established" error in the event viewer of Alert service. Below is the error snapshot for your reference.
> It happens when there is a connectivity issue between PAM server (where the Alert service is installed) and azure portal.
> Due to the security concern, customer are not allowing direct internet access from the PAM server instead they are enabling OR allowing URLs through proxy.
Resolution :
Below mentioned URLs should be accessible from the PAM server (where the Alert service is installed.)
